GOALS

Our goal is to make each player the best well rounded player they can be. Our practices will cover advanced fundamentals of basketball: offensive and defensive footwork, proper form shooting, finishing and attack moves with both hands, post and perimeter moves, ball handling under pressure, conditioning, and proper passing and rebounding mechanics through repetitious drills. In addition to individual skill building, we also develop team building with offensive and defensive concepts. Ultimately, placing a higher value on team and personal growth over winning!
